If you are interested in a rescue Cardigan Welsh Corgi, please fill out our application and send it to your Regional Coordinator. It is imperative that you fill out the application first before inquiring about a specific dog. All of our volunteers graciously donate time from their busy lives to help any Cardigan in need.
